Training Needs Assessment.
Training Needs Assessment Our experienced training consultants will perform
departmental evaluations and derive the training requirements. Our consultants
will also study their job profiles and performance in order to better
understand individual’s training requirements. Having completed the Training
Need Assessment, we will present you with the recommended training that is
required.
Delivery of Training
We can deliver the required training online, on-site or at our facilities. The
training will be delivered by our professional instructors who are having solid
field experience in the subject. We offer flexible timings for the training be
it on Weekdays, Weekday Evenings or Weekends.
Feedback and Analysis
After the completion of the delivery, we collect and analyze the feedback from
the trainees and find out the effectiveness of the training. We share this
feedback and analysis with your organization to add into our knowledgebase for
future use. The analyzed information can also be used to decide the next course
of action.
