who do not wish to hire a permanent/specialized DBA or supplement the
capabilities of the in-house DBA ot DBA Team with the experts.

How it Works?
24 x 7 Monitoring & Emergency Support
Thorough monitoring is accomplished by a set of database server and system
‘agents’. The set of agents and level of monitoring is set according to your
business requirements. The agents monitor for potential trouble-spots in the
database server and database and when triggered, they send a notification to us
and also to your primary DBA (if exists). If the notification goes unanswered
by the primary DBA (if exists) for a preset time, SQLSquare will assume the
responsibility and work toward resolving the problem with in a specified time
frame.
Regular Maintenance
SQLSquare will create & automate maintenance jobs on your servers.
Using the monitoring capabilities we will make sure that all the maintenance
job run successfully. If the jobs are failed for some reason, the corrective
actions will be taken.
Database Administration Services
You will open a service ticket with our support and we will be performing the
required taks
We administer, manage and monitor the database remotely*. We usually manage the
servers from our offices and if required send our DBA to your offices for
corrective actions (certain Geographical Areas only**).
*Requires you to keep your server securely available to us on-line
